What to bring to a first knee consultation
- Any X-rays, MRI or CT scans of the knee, and the written reports
- A list of the medications you take, including supplements
- Details of previous knee injuries, injections or operations
- Your medical card or insurance details, if you intend to claim
- Referral letter, if your GP or another doctor gave you one
How to request an appointment
Send the clinic a message with the four things below and it can offer you a time without a second exchange.
- Your full name
- Which knee, and roughly how long it has been a problem
- Whether you intend to claim on insurance or a medical card
- The days and times that suit you, and where you are travelling from
